Fee Policy and Payment

Quarterly Fee Schedule

Parents are requested to pay the school fee on or before the 10th day of the first month of every quarter: April, July, October and January.

Important Instructions Regarding Fee Payment

• Payment should be made by cash, cheque, demand draft or pay order only in favour of Sri Hemkunt Sen. Sec. School, Kot Ise Khan.
• Write the student's name, class, section, father's name and phone number on the back of the cheque.
• Provide a separate cheque for each child.
• Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
• Only CTS-compliant cheques should be submitted.
• A cheque payment receipt remains subject to clearance by the bank.
• Non-receipt of a fee circular will not be accepted as a reason for delayed payment.
• Parents may pay the full year's fee in one payment.
• Follow the single-queue system while waiting at the fee window.
• Students will not be permitted to appear in examinations until their fees are cleared.
• No refund will be provided once a receipt has been issued.
